Cancel Order Policy

You can request cancellation within 10 hours of placing the order.

After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.

How to Cancel?

To cancel your order, simply click the button below and contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID.

Our team will verify and process your request as soon as possible.

Important Points

  • Cancellation is only valid before the order is shipped

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be sent to the original payment method
