Exchange Policy – MORNEE PLUS

At MORNEE PLUS, we strive to provide high-quality ladies wear. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

  • Be supported by a clear unboxing video showing the issue

Requests without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

No Return Policy

Please note that MORNEE PLUS does not offer returns or refunds.
We only provide exchanges for eligible cases.

Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are allowed in the following situations:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged or defective item

  • Size-related issues

Once your request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange for the correct product or size.

Items sent without requesting an exchange first will not be accepted.

Exchange Shipping Charges

A fixed exchange shipping fee of ₹100 will be paid by the customer.

Detailed instructions for sending the product will be shared once the exchange request is approved.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot process exchanges for:

  • Used or worn items

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
